Colm lives in Dublin, Ireland, and has been writing since he was a child. He holds an Arts degree in Film, Literature and Drama from Dublin Business School. He published two children's fantasy books called "A Legend of Tara: Fionn the Reviver" and the prequel book “A Legend of Tara: The Lost Brother”, and he is making them into a book series. He is also interested in comic book writing and is working on a comic book character called Skater. His favourite writers include C.S. Lewis, Brian Jacques, Roald Dahl, J.R.R. Tolkien, Stan Lee, Jeph Loeb, and Mark Millar. He works at Fighting Words in Dublin, an organisation that helps children and young people with creative writing. He is also part of a writers workshop that meets every month, and is a member of the SCBWI (Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators. He also enjoys playing chess, running, listening to music and watching movies.
